I think that the Chanter should fall into a roll kinda like the druids from WoW; a jack of all trades. If it isn't already geared that way(no clue what skills they added in the new beta), it would be easy to make it so. They already have an uber form buff(temporary tank), just make it to where they can do different forms of that one. Like a buff that drastically increases evasion and crits to represent a scout class, or some other kinds of skills like that.
