Winning that circle doesnt change anything. Its sort of a game for curious people. Phiber will send the results to the devs, but
theres absolutely no guarantee that they will accept them.
We still dont know whether there will be restrictions or not, but i have a feeling this matter even @ NCs is a mystery.
