A.: You need to buy them and some of them can be acquired from mobs.

A.: Skills are static, but some of them have improved versions, they are individual skills aswell, need to buy them

A.:There are no skill points. SKIPPING

No need for that.

Other things:

To buy a skill, you need to reach the required level. Once youve bought it, you can use it.

You can use any skill, anytime, you just need to get them. There are more than 80 skills/class, you choose what you want to use.
