That applies to all those lists put out by developers ( don't use the "required specs "but the "recommended specs " to be able to enjoy the game to the fullest ) .
the only thing I would change in above specs is the amount of RAM ( but this has to do with Vista being resources hog and with avoiding LAG ),make that 2 GB .

There should be 3 rigs people make specs for:
1. Low end
- just a tad above the recommended specs.
- low settings / very little "eye candy".
- decent playable framerates for those on very tight budgets and just want to play this game.
2. Mid end
- those who want to play at good frame rates
- good budget machine with a fair amount of budget
- medium/high settings
3. High end
- Eye candy galore
- maxed settings/resolution
- people with +22" monitors
I probably could have used better descriptions.. but you folks get the idea. :P
