Thats one to ask the current assassin beta tester Shilenne. I think as default it should be as the WoW system you mentioned. Perhaps with a passive skill to be Ambidexterous added at higher levels to improve off hand damage/accuracy but thats just my opinion...i think they will have their ideas implimented already.
