I have 2 theory for that:
1. Yellow if its full (4000), green if its not.
Or
2. As ive observed in one of the pics, theres a small circle next to the DP bar, with a number in it (on the pic it was a 1.). Its possible that there are more levels of DP (1. 4000 2. 8000, etc), so every level has its own color.
