Out of combat, 30 second CD, put you in stealth for 20 second.
Have to be out of combat for a couple of seconds (seems to me it's like 5-10? But remember I lag, so that's why I wasn't able to specify it.)
It's very similar to the conditions of Stealth in WoW, except it has a timer of how long you can stay in stealth. No, as of now I don't have any skills that put me back in stealth when I already got in combat.

Uhm ^^;; Really depends on what you wear, basically you use leather, then there's craftable ones, ones you buy from merchants, and ones you find...depending on what you're wearing you'll get different looks >.> As for the looks, you can customize it
