Alright, another thread.

Another interesting aspect of Aion that would have to change in comparison to other games is the discussion of mounts, and also that of teleportation.

Basic topic starters:

Because we can fly, we do not really need mounts, do we?

Because we can fly, teleportation would take out some of the fun, would it not?

My stance:

I see the only worthy mount is one that is ridiculously fast and ridiculously expensive or difficult to obtain.

I do not believe teleportation has a role in Aion, as flying is a major aspect and the inclusion of teleportation would take away from one of the game's most distinct features. The only time I see teleportation as necessary will be in instances, and/or to travel to places unreachable via flying.
