They don't really monitor bots etc actually... At least they didn't in L2. Bots could go on for ages and ages without getting banned <3. On the other hand I've seen some legit players getting banned for no reason lol
When they sent mails about it they wouldn't get answered, just an automated reply. So no, you can't trust NCSoft.
