But you kinda do. Once an add-on becomes the norm, it will be hard for a serious player not to feel they need to pick it up. Or risk being at a disadvantage.
I'm all for customizing the UI to suit your playstyle, and visual preference (although I do wish the game could maintain a somewhat uniform look). But I am against addons that make the gaming experience different for someone who uses them, compared to someone who doesn't.
