Yes, there is, however, use the Questions Thread in the General Discussions Section for questions like this.
You can examine people in Aion, and
there's a changing room of sorts like WoW, where you can check how a certain armor piece would look on your body.
On the left is the Changing Room of sorts,
And she is examining the character on the right here.
There are no comments for characters to type in text for whoever examines them like FFXI, but Aion has titles from quests and missions like FFXI, each actually having different effects on you.
