Hilarious. I had an incident with Roger's (my canadian cell character who I really do love)... We use our cells a lot so its important to have unlimited incoming minutes, and we have for many years. All of a sudden one bill (after we made an account change) we were billed for just about every incoming call. Naturally you assume someone screwed up my account with that change and call to get it corrected.
So when i called, I was told the "Unlimited Incoming Minute up to 5000 Minutes" plan was still on the account... but my billing was correct. So I can't understand why the hell I am being charged for all these incoming local calls if I have Unlimited Incoming Minutes. (see the difference yet?)
So the idiot Roger's rep was calling it Incoming Minute vs MinuteSSSSS. I was like wtf planet were you born on? The first MINUTE of each of my calls is free??? So or this to be useful I need 5000 incoming calls in a month? A few f-bombs and educational insults later I had a manager who echoed my sentiment of "wtf planet was that guy born on".
