Nope, the command spells have "Command" in front of them. (Unless it's a typo.)

I'm thinking it could be like a cubic from L2, a miniature summon that sends a nuke at the enemy every time a certain criteria is hit.

Like, every time your hit, there's a 10% chance it'll nuke them, or something.
