So while you're playing Aion, you can voice chat with your friends in CoH/CoV or any other NCsoft game that is implemented. I don't think it necessarily connects between games, that would mean that every server of every game would have to be connected by this program and that would probably lag all the servers. And I don't think it's necessarily being implimented in already released games, probably just new ones like Aion.
