NCsoft already stated it won't be as bad of a grind. There was a problem with this in CB2, but they claim that the Abyss, released in CB3 will help solve this problem. There are still problems with the top and bottom animations, which is to be expected, since I think that would be a rather complex system. I think all we can really do is wait and see.
