Assuming you play in front of your PC, viewing angles shouldn't bother you a lot, considering that you play FPS, my recommendation would be the LG L226WTY-BF.
That monitor has 2MS of response and a high contrast for a modest budget, probably one of the best gaming monitors.
I own a LG also, a
LG L246WP-BN though Ive chosen that one cause of the great viewing angles and the little bleeding (I really need good quality of image angles when designing). The monitor is excelent overaly, no dead pixels and the contrast is impressive. The one I recommended is about the same, but better for FPS's, a bit smaller, a lot cheaper, and with a bit worse viewing angles.
