Yeah i think a Hearth exquivilent is essential. I remember on my first character on WoW. I fell off a cliff and then landed on some branch miles down and died. Forgetting about that Death Angel thing i went off in search of my body and found it, then fell in the ocean and then attempted to swim around looking for a way out...eventually that fatigue thing came in.
Yes i was a noob and didnt know about anything in WoW but it made me realise how important the Hearth can be and i think something similar should be put in. Even if it is locked to your factions main city/area.
