Very cool looking. I like the colors and the blue splatter brushing. However I think you overdone someone of the effects because some parts look over sharpened.
I can't tell if you used any C4Ds but they would work wonders for this one. Also a clipping masks on the splatter brushes would be so much better.
The text horrible and shouldn't be needed in this sig.
Overall very good just lighten up on the effects because it makes things look voer sharpened and grainy.
