Grinding in a way is a very effective way in learning not only how to play the game, but to enhance your skills. Questing is very fun, and most of the time you find yourself grinding on your way to the next quest. So in a way we constantly grind anyway. But, I have to agree with most of the comments said. Grinding all the time gets borning really fast, expecially for the caster classes that lose their "mana" fast.

If anything I would think grinding what actually make noobs better, because it allows to explore their character instead of jumping into quests?
