no you dotn HAVE to use two daggers, you can use 2 or 2 short swrods or one of each and i bet you could use just 1 wep (but why do that when you have the option of duel-wielding) its been said (by Shilenne) is that it seems best to use a short sowrd in teh main hand (for more reg dmg) and a dagger in teh off hand(for crit)

idk abotu the skill soff the top of my head but if you look throw the skills on teh wiki ages youll prolly find out

edit:as for teh skills, nope the wepon doesnt matter they all work teh same, or at least from what ive looked at; no wep is said to be used for spacific skills so dont worry about not beign able to use any of the skills
