A lot of video cards go hotter than 80ºC. I for one have one of these lol. 8800GTS will hit around 90ºC on full load.

Maybe, but a lot of games support/work better wth nvidia than ATI...which was hugely the case for AoC. I don't think I've seen so many bad complaints about ATI problems with AoC compared to any other game but I noticed its usually more ATI than nvidia problems.
