if you are clocking/changing fan speeds on your 48xx cards then this is a very handy little tool, unfortunately you wont be able to push over 700 on your gpu without pencil/hard modding the card since the voltage is locked in the bios, do not go using it unless you know what to do and unless you know what you are talking about when it comes to graphics cards, the loss of your card is your responsibility.
