Number 2, seriously, did you even read any of the posts related on international servers in Aion? Just like L2 there will still be Euro servers and NA servers, you can play on either one at the expense of language or customer service, like you said it is your perogative. Why would someone who doesnt speak english choose a NA server? Your post doesnt make sense.

From a technical point of view you are not getting the point. It would be a waste of time of the devs and overall money just to satisfy some people who which to play in another Continent different from theirs. I work in communication area, i know how hard it is to deal with problems abroad. It's not just "oh i wll phone the NA guys to solve my problem". It would be a huge invest of resources to have an decent international tech team to solve latency issues with those players. and well i'm not even gonna talk about the infra-structure.
