All they need to do is make backstab do some percentage damage and only useable with dagger from behind, throw on some other nifty aion additives like chance to cripple or something, then also make the cooldown lower than the other spells and the assassin will want daggers back.
Seriously tho i don't think its that big a deal. As far as im concerned an assassin should be feared. Once the assassin leaves stealth it needs to be able to kill its unsuspecting target and restealth before back up comes and kills it. Its weakness is always group pvp. The damage is fine, im not saying this as an assassin as im still undecided but just make sure u don't travel alone which is something u shud never do assassin or no assassin.

The spells clearly override the attack speed of the weapon. What matters is the high and low damage from the weapon. Then again mayb two hands aren't even that slo to begin with.
