i wouldn't mind it if they used a polearm as long as it was balanced. I like the idea of the Stigma system, it allows you to really create a character designed for your playing style. Thats really hard to find in this MMO world where once you pick a class your stuck with it, no alterations, no leway. I think the stigma system should be used to improve you, personally, like to play your assassin. Like i said it'd be cool is using the polearm greatly lowered def, and took away your evasion rating or something while using daggers allows you to crit alot more, something like that. Thanks to the chain system we already now this won't be PvP you can win by key spamming, so i'd welcome the challenge of fighting an assassin using a polearm vs my assassin using double daggers as long as i wasn't penalized from the start just because i wasn't using the polearm as well.
