I'm late to the party on this one because I'm still playing catch-up in a bunch of threads but this system won't work. You're mixing an AMD processor with an Intel motherboard and they're not compatible. The sockets are completely different. Also, I believe all P35 motherboards use either DDR2 or DDR3 - I don't think you can buy a P35 motherboard that uses plain old DDR-400.
