unless it's a gaming laptop it's very rare that you can replace the video chip. Getting more ram a faster hard drive and maybe a faster processor is about the best you can do. You could dedicate more ram to your GPU in the bios since its likely sharing the ram. Upgrading the processor is pretty complicated and is not something i would reccomend to anyone who has to ask to be honest. ram and hard drive are your best bets.
