Is it really a problem that there's no Necro clone? Aion is its own game, not an expansion of GW.
I don't think they'll add future classes as further splits off of the existing ones. This is because I wouldn't expect them to increase the level cap. They want people to get into the PvPvE part of the game, and they know that players are reluctant to do that until they hit max level.
So I'd expect new classes to be added at the same place as other advanced classes, as new options from the 4 main schools. This would also keep classes organized into the 4 main roles, allowing for better balance.
