I've heard others at 449 are unable to get any quest on Tigraki island, so I'm inclined to think there is no 450. Gathering and Aether are capped at xx9, so I guess Expert [Profession] is also the same.

Keep your eyes open though, maybe someone will find out what to do. Or ask NCsoft support.
