personally, i prefer bat-ish wings normally. but for some reason, being able to make the wings appear makes more sense to me if the are feathery. flesh doesn't just appear out of flesh, but the feathers make it seem more detached and...as odd as it sounds more possible i guess.
plus the renderings are more eye pleasing, intricate feathers versus semi-shapeless globs of skin...
if i could, i would just play one of each, because i apsolutely love the rest of the design for asmodians. but i don't think it'll let me do that on the same server. so i guess we'll see, but for now...elyos hands down.
