there were plenty of good FTP games out there. Unfortunately, no new ones worth playing have been released. It seems like there was a boom of them 2-3 years ago =( now I'm waiting on multiple P2P games to come out (Aion, Warhammer, GW2) because there's no new free games!
(Runs off to play Flyff or something that one is pretty good albeit cartoony)
