Like i said i turned settings on lowest at 1024X768 and the frame rate did not change. I normally play at 1280x1024 on high settings with reflections and AA off (however I use glow effect A, because turning it on does not lower my framerate). I also use a custom z-tune driver for my video card, because it's made for my specific card, and runs 10% faster and more stable than anything NVIDIA released. Using the latest NVIDIA official driver causes me multiple crashes and BSOD...I would only use the latest NVIDIA drivers if I had a brand new/latest card (9800gtx or GTX260/280, because 9/10 people/teams will release optimized drivers for specific cards that run better than NVIDIA drivers).
All of my drivers are up to date except for my BIOS, but I can't seem to find an update for it anywhere. Mobo: MSI MS-7123, BIOS: Phoenix - Award WorkstationBIOS v6.00PG (Award BIOS Message W7123MLN V1.3B 111405 MEDIONPC LN), and the video driver ofc...but I know for certain if I updated to the latest NVIDIA driver, my FPS would lower, and I would get BSOD's....(nvidia sucks, and the 7600gt is probably one of the worst cards ever made).
