I have actually gone on exchange to a Japanese high school and I don't remember ever seeing a fat kid. Seriously o_o;
Even in the wider public ... nobody.
... they are probably all locked up inside.
So kitsunegirl I'm pretty sure you can rest assured. You won't be forced to look at fat girls in uniform in Japan.
