Mark, I am 100% sure that you
can't buy back all the XP you lost (at least you could not in OBT. You always loose some amount of XP and you can only buy back a portion of it (I can confirm this from my korean friends and from my own experience). I am also happy its this way because I think death should be punished, at least a little bit so people try to avoid it
(money alone is rarely a punishment)
