There is no XP loss during PvP afaik, so don't worry about that.

Mark, 101% that it is not completly buybackable (I even confirmed it now by korean players)
, but I would say around 80% is buybackable, so its not really a loss... and since Mark and some others didnt even recognize it, I guess people don't care too much about this loss.
