There is no way for you to download this game unless you know korean or have a friend who speaks it. You need to make a account on the official korean aion website to play. You also need a Korean Social Security Number in order to make one, apparently...
It would be better to wait for the NA/EU preview (OB) instead. Since it will be in english. I really hope it doesn't take them another year to release the preview though.
