Wow bind on create is such a dumb idea. Bind on wear I can understand. You should be able to give/sell the stuff that you make. Imagine you are the only sorceror in clan to have super high weaponsmithing skill to make an epic sword. And then after you make it you im others: I can't give the Uber Sword to our best warrior, it's stuck to me! Talk about epic FAIL!

Not really it's more oriented toward the pleyrs that create for themselves it would seem. But still not all items are bind on create we're just talking about some really amazing stuff such as a sword of the caliber you described. It's probably done so that you can't make an announcement on the TRADE channel that you made this sword and RIP off anyone with an intent to have it

dunno. But what's the point of having Weaponsmith in a sorc anyway? o.O
