I'm constantly between 140-145 lbs. I've never gone above and only gone below when I'm sick.
I don't work out my upper arms, just my lower arms, which might actually be bigger... My legs are HUEG though, from pushing carts and bikeriding. I only bench with my legs. I think I can do at least 500, or whatever the combined weight of all the weights in my school's weight room designed for use on the leg press. Stamina ftw, ladies.
