Hey this has probably come up, but I didn't find anything when I looked.

My question is:
Are the bosses all scripted like they were in WoW or randomized like FFXI in the skills they used? Basically I wanna know if this game is going to be easy and ruined by a possible deadly boss mods or if will actually take some thought and/or skill.
