So it's one step higher than most mmos since you can have advantages in where your positioned than just sitting in one place using the same button over and over.

spamming your highest DPS skill over and over is fine in PvE
but in PvP there should be 20 different skills to use for excitement and skill to come in play
direct dmg, dots, stuns, snares, combo moves, stances(offensive/evasive) speed ups, stat buffs on yourself/debuffs on enemy etc
