aionarmory is wrong, the skills are identical...

also note about the other skill you mentioned, elyos version is "on block" while asmo is part 3 combo chain. often i'd prefer a dot over 200-300 more dmg. also if the dot make the enemy use an orange pot, very good, his pot is on cd now and he can't remove snare now.
