New keys will be sent and will have to be entered as soon as your other one runs out.
The point of having a cd is faster installation, goes faster than downloading the game from online.
Yes you can make 8 characters per server (no idea if there is a max)
Highly doubt the items will be tradable, though we havent received word back yet if its account wide or limited to one character.
We dont know how we will get the items yet, nothing has been announced.
