Great vid - seen it and gotta admit that our body is a very lethal weapon.
I loved Martial Arts since i remember myself.
Nowdays i have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.Got it within 1 year,2h per day training.
But stopped training and exercising a long time ago, must have been a year and a half or so.
I always hated how some ppl laugh at others learning a martial art(which turns out to be a whole new way of living, not some fancy kicks and punches).
And the thing about the bones getting thicker and harder is 100% true.I just feel no pain anymore to the parts of my body that got injured over and over again.
My teacher kept pointing out to anyone how talented i was but its a pity i will never participate to any official tournament.
I cannot control my nerves

so they wont let me fight.
