Your best bet would be to fire up the NCSoft launcher and try to start Aion. It will probably try to patch itself. The client, currently, should be Version 1.0.2.12. This may or may not be updated for CB4, but will definitely change for the release (and subsequently, early access).
If for any reason the Launcher fails to update Aion, there are a number of threads on this board detailing how to download Aion, using both the Launcher and direct downloads. Find which method works best for you and try a fresh re-install.
