I hardly see how these type of macros can be compared to an fps aimbot. All they do is save you a few keypresses on common strings of actions.
Unless you're implying that having to manually type out "I'm poisoned, please purify me" is a fun and engaging test of skill, where as hitting the chat macro for it is cheating.
