Well, I don't think it's a sticky since I have mentioned already before that there will be a EU/NA beta test.
I can not tell you exactly what you are going to see, since we (I am myself in the group planning it) have not yet determined all the details.
I can, however, tell you what you are
not going to see. And that is an unambitious open beta serving no other purpose than to be a trial period, as some games do. We want more than that. That's why we're putting the EU beta tests together in a way that will let us extract as much feedback as possible. Whether this will turn out to be divided into CBT/OB is, in my opinion, just a formality.
I will let you know as soon as we are comfortable enough with our plans to make them official. But rest assured that there will be a EU beta and the participants of it will be helping us more than by serving as nodes in a stress test.
