This is slightly over the top. I think this thread might have use if we sticked to the real issue at hand : not the fact folks
are buying gold , but rather
why they are doing it in the first place . Let's face it : there's complete accounts of WoW for sale for 1000+US$ , why on earth would anyone spend that amount of real cash for a game ?
That's the very essence of the issue . If it's "just a game " noone in their right mind would fork over real cash to "get there quicker " . No, the reason folks are willing to pay for that gold signifies it's more than a game for them at least.
