Interesting. In-game voice chat is not all that bad depending on how NCSoft applies it, and also on the user's connection speed.
CoD4, Team Fortress 2, etc... have all in-game voice chat, and it works great (not that great on 13 years olds though...it's like a screech lol )
I personally prefer Ventrilo, it's customizable, very light, and keeps people that you want in there, not the whole bunch
