You dont gain XP by killing the other faction, and 45 is the actual level cap.

but I guess there are people for example who think it's still good if you kill people who are on 60% health and fighting a mob.

This is a RVR game not a /duel game when you play fair. I agree bragging when you killed someone thats has 50% hp and a mob or 2 on their arse is just sad, but this is a faction vs faction game and you murder the oppostion without hesitation.

Nah... the epitome of skill in an fps is running ahead of your team and killing every single enemy before your teammates even leave the spawnpoint. Its fun - you should try it sometime
