well you dont know a date for the launch, that is ok i suppose because telling us wrong launch dates is not doing any good (like some other games that have been pushed back and back and back).

What i wonder is, when are those na/eu preview events starting (got a spot in those from gc08) any info on that yet or some sort of "in 2-3 weeks well let you know when) ?

Meh I'm not too optimistic about dates until I see some word from an NA community rep. I appreciate Ayase's input in these forums and it's amazing for him to take on pretty much the entire english speaking community, but I wonder if the preview events and the launch is not delayed due to the NC west merging and *cough* upheaval.

You should be receiving an e-mail from NCSoft when these are planning to start, for the time being just relax

sorry ayase, i like NCSoft games, but unless you start adressing community concerns, you'll start losing players fast.

aion looks great, but theres other games coming up that look great as well. if NCSoft is going to follow a community relations plan thats been in effect since the early days of MMOs, then you'll have limited success in western markets. lets not forget that its our money you're after.

Completely unlike Koreans, Japanese are much rather gameplay nerds (player skill), not grinding (way too simple gameplay) nerds when it comes to MMORPGs. I seriously doubt that Aion in it's current form would have any kind of influence on that.

That is why Japan has the following game on PC.
